My work explores the boundaries between industrial landscape and humans. The meditative act of creating line and form has quietly established itself as the highest form of grounding within my life. I push the boundaries of these harsh forms through the manipulation of composition, often working with portraiture in relation to the powerlines. Exploring these concepts through mixed media allows for experimentation and play, a quiet balance between thought and relaxation. My work is simply a recreation of the environment and connections I surround myself with.
